Events are defined by their maximum difficulty, HOWEVER, you can receive the event unit at any available difficulty. Taking turns in hosting is important, because there will be a large amount of time between your ability to host an Event, so to play continuously, players need to group and cycle resources.Įvent quests come in a variety of difficulties, and each one features a specific unit which you have a chance to receive as a drop. ![]() Event Quests are the real majority of the game, and you will likely take turns in hosting them with other players. However, they are not very fun, and will not get you good units or materials for awakening the ones you have. Normal Quests are a good way to become familiar with the basic mechanics of the game, and to get free Polygons. Crash Fever currently offers two basic types of gameplay as 'Quests' - 'Normal Quests' and 'Event Quests'. Once you have an account you like and community to play with, then comes the game itself. This is not a requirement, but can give you a definite advantage. When making a new account, consider whether you will be re-rolling. In general, a good assortment of types is helpful in making a strong team.If you are new to the game, then welcome! Please note that Crash Fever is a highly multiplayer-focused game, so it's ideal to join an active online community on a platform like LINE (you may be able to find one through your favorite gaming website/ forum, or try /r/crash_fever). A team with only Offense and Stamina types may have a lot of trouble with healing, but a team with multiple Recovery types may find they cannot do enough damage fast enough. To best make use of these types, make sure you will always have at least one unit that has the ability to heal the team, and take note of your team's total HP. These are the most common units to see with abilities that provide counter attacks or defense up, both of which focus on dealing with enemies that hit multiple times for low individual damage. Their attack and REC are on the low side. Note that while any unit with high REC can be used to heal the team, a good healer is one that can circumvent many debuffs, often by countering with their own buffs, direct heals, or debuff remove. In return, they have powerful or more complicated skills. Technical: These units tend to have stats that are balanced, but are a bit lower than actual Balanced units.These units excel at dealing damage, so try not to get Heart Panels with them, and focus on attacking during their turn. Offense: Very high ATK, and usually low REC.A versitile unit that can sometimes fill a number of rolls, depending on which fruit they are given. Balanced: ATK, HP, & REC are all fairly good no notable strong points, but no weaknesses.Units can be one of several types, which tells a lot about its intended purpose on a team. If you use a yellow character, you can chain the panels that drop, but the C Panels that form will be yellow, and cannot fit into any subsequent chains! That means an extra tap is wasted every turn to activate them. For example, the unit Turing has a top-tier ability that turns all panels red,blue,or green for several turns. This will wreak havoc on certain chains and high-level abilities. A red unit always makes a red c panel, even when linking yellow panels. CP formation! (This should not be overlooked!) You generate C Skill Panels of the color of the unit making them.This can include skill locks, extra damage, etc. Wizard dungeons often have enemies which use attacks that -severely- hamper specific, off-color units.Standard elemental bonus relationship (take less damage, deal more to respective colors).Whenever possible, it's prefereable to use teams of a single color. Crash Fever allows a very large amount of flexibility in making teams for most Events, although some specific requirements are needed for a select few. ![]()
